 How to use it?


  1. Click on the Name of every 1:1 to get to the detailed view, where you can note:
    1. Agenda Items,
    2. What’s going good,
    3. What’s going bad,
    4. Feedback,
    5. Action Items,
    6. Notes.
  2. I recommend starting with the question: How are you feeling this week? Your report would then specify their feeling this week from 1 to 5.
  3. Make sure to note every Action Item and once they are completed - mark them all complete in the table below.
